Privacy policy

Our company, BECHRANET S.R.L., with registered office in Desenzano del Garda 25015 (BS), Via A. Vivaldi 26, Tax Code 03974720983, acting as Data Controller, wishes to provide you with information pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 ("GDPR") regarding the processing of the data you provide during registration for the courses of your interest (e.g. first name, last name, email address, phone number) via electronic means. The processing will be carried out for the following purposes:

Without specific consent pursuant to Art. 6(2)(b) GDPR:

  1. Allow you to participate in courses and webinars of your interest.
  2. Fulfil contractual, fiscal, and legal obligations.
  3. Manage any collections and payments.

With specific consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR:

  1. Conduct market research via postal mail or telephone calls.
  2. Inform you via email, SMS, or push notifications about events, courses, products, and services of our company that may be useful for your profession, as well as commercial offers reserved for you (software, training, etc.).

Your data will be accessible, for the purposes described above, to employees and collaborators of our company acting as persons authorized to process data, and/or to third-party companies providing outsourced services (e.g. IT service providers, web hosting providers, etc.) acting as Data Processors. Data may also be disclosed to supervisory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or judicial authorities upon request for independent processing for institutional purposes and/or as required by law during investigations and inspections. Your data will not be disclosed nor transferred abroad.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1 is mandatory for those marked with an asterisk; in their absence, we will not be able to guarantee your participation in the courses and seminars of your interest. The provision of other data is optional; however, you will still be entitled to register for the websites and services referred to in point 1.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 2 is optional. You may decide not to provide any data or to subsequently withdraw consent for the processing of data already provided for the purposes referred to in point 2. In this case, we will not be able to register you on the yumeyu.it portal, unless you have already registered previously. You will not receive emails about events, products, and services useful for your profession nor commercial offers reserved for you. In any case, you will continue to have the right to register for the websites and services referred to in point 1.

As a data subject, you have the right to exercise all rights set forth in Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and Art. 15 of the GDPR, including the right to access, amend, delete data, or object to their processing for legitimate reasons or for promotional contact purposes. You also have the rights set forth in Arts. 16–21 of the GDPR (right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

You may exercise the above rights by writing to the Data Controller at the postal address indicated above or by sending an email to privacy@yumeyu.eu.
